Daily Engagement
  • Stay consistently active in the community throughout the day.
  • Spark conversations, reply to messages, and keep the energy in the server alive.
  • Encourage creators to participate, interact, and feel connected to the community.
Announcements
  • Send one @everyone announcement every day, sharing updates, motivation, wins, or reminders that help bring creators into the server.
Community Growth
  • Help make the community a place creators want to join and stay in.
  • Support new members, welcome them properly, and guide them through the server.
  • Create an environment where creators feel comfortable, valued, and excited to take part.
Support & Questions
  • Answer all questions asked in the main chat promptly and clearly.
  • Direct creators to the right channels, resources, or support when needed.
Call Hype & Participation
  • Promote upcoming calls by hyping them up in the server.
  • Encourage creators to join, participate, and get value from each call.

Goals of the Role

  • Build a strong, loyal, and active creator community.
  • Help creators feel like the server is their daily home base.
  • Increase participation, conversation flow, and overall creator retention.
  • Support the brand in maintaining a high-energy, positive environment.

Welcoming New Members

Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for managing creator output, improving video performance, and ensuring brands see consistent sales growth. Your role is to activate creators, guide them with strong angles, and keep communication clear between all parties involved. You will track performance through Growi and internal reporting tools and ensure that every creator under your brand is focused, supported, and moving toward big wins.

Core Responsibilities

Creator Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Onboard new creators and give them clear expectations for deliverables, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
  • Offboard creators when required and handle all transitions, updates, and reporting.
  • Negotiate rates, commissions, and ongoing terms when needed.
Content Output and Viral Growth
  • Ensure creators are producing consistent content and submitting videos on time.
  • Build tailored viral angles that match the brand voice and increase conversion rate.
  • Provide one-to-one feedback on scripts, recording style, editing, storytelling, and CTAs.
  • Send inspiration such as examples, hooks, CTAs, and structure ideas to guide creators.
  • Push creators to improve weekly with the goal of producing viral or high-converting videos.
Reporting and Communication
  • Send weekly reports to brand owners summarizing performance, wins, challenges, and next strategic steps.
  • Use Growi to track metrics, GMV, views, video submissions, and conversion-focused KPIs.
  • Maintain backend bookkeeping for retainers, reimbursements, invoices, and internal records.
Community and Brand Ecosystem
  • Help build branded communities that support repeat buyers and long-term product awareness.
  • Encourage creators to tell better stories, build community around the product, and create recurring content themes.
  • Support the development of long-term brand identity and creator loyalty.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of viral content psychology and short-form sales strategy.
  • Comfortable using Growi and performance tracking tools.
  • Skilled in negotiation, onboarding, and performance management.

Platform Creation & Management
  • Build and set up all THC social media accounts from scratch (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and clean brand identity across all platforms.
  • Strategically optimize bios, headers, highlights, and posting layouts to maximize trust and authority.
Content Strategy & Virality
  • Develop viral content ideas tailored to THC’s niche: making money online, TikTok Shop, creator economy, e-commerce, discipline, and escaping the 9-5 life.
  • Identify trends, hooks, and formats with high viral potential and apply them to THC’s brand voice.
  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars prioritizing growth and engagement.
  • Study competitors and top creators in the niche to reverse-engineer viral formulas.
Content Requirements & Direction
  • Clearly communicate what content, clips, images, testimonials, or talking-head videos are needed from the founders to boost virality.
  • Provide scripts, prompts, shot lists, and instructions for any content required.
  • Organize content into formats suited for each platform (short-form, carousels, tweets, reels, stories, etc.).
Brand Growth & Audience Development
  • Position THC to attract the target demographic: people wanting financial freedom, online income, and a path out of the 9-5.
  • Build a community-driven feel across all platforms, emphasizing authority, results, and lifestyle.
  • Identify the best posting times, hashtags, formats, and trends for maximum reach.
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and community conversations to build loyal followers.
Analytics & Performance
  • Track weekly growth numbers: reach, followers, engagement, leads generated, viral posts, and performance patterns.
  • Use data to refine the strategy and double down on what works.
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership with insights and next-step recommendations.
